For hosts and planners who have the logistics covered but want a styling expert to curate the look and feel. We focus on the surfaces guests experience: the table, the flowers, the light, and the small details that make a space feel intentional.

- How does the consultation work?
- It's a relaxed conversation, by phone or video at no charge, or in person for a $50 booking fee. We talk through your date, venue, guest count, and the feeling you want the day to have.
- What's included in the in-person consultation?
- A full hour together at your home, your venue, or anywhere that helps us plan, I come to you, anywhere within 30 miles of The Villages, Florida. Bring concepts, images, swatches, or family pieces, or we can walk your venue space together. The $50 fee is paid at booking and credited toward your event deposit.
- What happens after we talk?
- Within two business days you'll receive a short written summary with a recommended way of working together, a rough timeline, and next steps. Nothing is committed until you say yes.
- How is pricing handled?
- Every celebration is quoted individually after the consultation, once we understand scope, guest count, and location. You'll receive a clear, itemised proposal, there are no surprise fees along the way.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Most clients reach out six to twelve months ahead, though smaller gatherings often come together in less time. If your date is close, send a note anyway, I keep a few dates open each season.
